Do you work with hotels outside Canada?
Yes. Nishan Consultancy works with independent hotels and small groups across the US and Canada, entirely through remote collaboration.
How do we start?

Mostly independent properties and small groups, roughly 5-80 rooms.

Can you work with our existing PMS and vendors?
Almost always. We start with a review of your current setup.
Which PMS platforms do you support?
Hands-on expertise with Opera PMS and Cloudbeds; also supported: Mews and SiteMinder.
Do you build websites too, or just fix PMS issues?
Both.
What if our booking engine is too old to customize?
You get two honest options before any contract is signed: keep it linked through a clean “Book Now” button at no extra cost, or migrate to a modern booking engine as a separately quoted project.
Pricing & Process
How much does a PMS Health Audit cost?
$200 flat, one-time.
How much are the ongoing PMS retainers?
Starter ($300/mo, up to 5 hours), Growth ($550/mo, up to 10 hours), Full Partner ($950/mo, up to 18 hours).
What happens if my hotel needs more hours than my package includes?
You’re notified at 80% of your monthly hours used, before the cap is hit. From there: pay the $50/hr overage rate, push non-urgent items to next month, or upgrade for the rest of the month. Urgent issues are always fixed immediately.
How much does website development cost?
From $800 for a template-based site, $1,800 to $3,000 for a fully custom build. 50% deposit, 50% at launch. See the Services page for full details.
Do you guarantee results?
No. You get a clear, honest diagnosis and a realistic plan instead.
Do you provide guaranteed SEO rankings?
No.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. Month-to-month, cancel with 14 days’ notice.

Nishan, personally, for every engagement. Website builds are developed with support from Hospai’s Canadian development team.
Is this a Canadian company?
Nishan Consultancy is backed by Hospai Technologies, a Canadian hospitality-tech company Nishan co-founded and still co-owns, based in Kamloops, BC. Nishan personally works remotely from Bangladesh on North American hours. See About for the full story.
